"Our HOA consist of 196 homes, and we were under a landscape contract with a major vendor for proper, and expected, upkeep. The board then voted to cancel the existing contract due to countless faults and flaws, and we began the RFP process. In the end, we contracted the Exclusive Team to take over this HOA from its previous landscape vendor.

The switch took place on November 1st, 2024, and within 60 Days (Dec 31st), the results were an unbelievable difference. But, what we were really anxious to see, was consistency in making sure they kept it up. Now, we near 120 Days of Service, and the property looks even better, and the consistency has remained. We look forward to the 1st Spring and Summer Season under contract with Exclusive, as this is when the property is in full bloom and full scope of the contract.
